We were thrilled to host James Norbury, the celebrated Welsh author, at our school on November 29th 2024! He captivated us with a presentation of his renowned book, The Journey.
The event, organized by our English Department and Library Team, was a wonderful experience for students and staff alike. Our 5th-grade students kicked things off by reciting some inspiring quotes from The Journey. Then, members of the Journalism Club had the chance to ask Mr. Norbury insightful questions they had carefully prepared during their club sessions.
The enthusiasm in the room was palpable, and Mr. Norbury kindly signed copies of his book for excited students.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible! It was truly a day to remember.
